As a founding member and Treasurer of the Bay Business Association, I’m proud to combine my background in finance and property with a genuine passion for supporting our local community. I was born on the Island but moved away for school and university, later building my career as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor with a large estate agency in Portsmouth, where I spent over eight years.

In 2020, I returned home with my husband and young daughter, excited to raise our family here and be part of Island life again. Since then, I’ve set up Arthur Wheeler Financial Services, helping both Island and mainland clients navigate their property finance needs. I also work alongside my family as a Director at Arthur Wheeler Estate Agents, supporting people moving on and off the Island with honest, reliable advice across residential Sales and Lettings.

Outside of work, I love getting involved in the community. I’m currently in my second year as Chair of the Shanklin Regatta Committee, a not-for-profit group behind one of Shanklin’s most loved events, now in its 172nd year. It’s always a highlight of the summer, bringing together traditional seaside fun for locals and visitors, and finishing with a fantastic fireworks display.

I’m passionate about giving back and enjoy supporting local groups such as Shanklin Rotary and Shanklin & Sandown Rowing Club. In my spare time, I enjoy running and will be taking on my first Great South Run in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
